A Started Dog is a dog that has obedience, manners and concepts of working commands. Most Started Dogs can handle outruns, lift, fetch, directional flanks and a drive.

Born April 2004. Started on sheep. Parents Keen and Keen-Eye Nifty. Gunner has a fluid stylish flow while working his sheep. Natural square flanks, he reads his sheep very well. He holds plenty of power to control testy sheep and doesn't mind at all to move right in on them if needed but works off them beautifully. He will make an excellent trialing dog. He is easy to have around and is friendly and affectionate.
